Tintinnabulous provides a comprehensive portfolio of services to Troy Public Radio including programming consulting and development, underwriting supervision and training, and individual fundraising. The spring 2013 fund drive, the first completed project, finished more than 60% ahead of previous best efforts after more than two years of steadily decreasing on-air revenues.
